JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs in the Diabetes Care Unit channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development strategies, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead development and execution of strategic marketing plans for the company 2. Develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building 3. Build marketing programs across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic business objectives and plans 4. Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving stated objectives, including impact on sales, lead flow, and customer retention 5. Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share 6. Review and update product pricing based on market conditions 7. Lead drafting and dissemination of newsletters and corporate communications to customers and partners 8. Develop marketing-related content for Company websites 9. Design and implement promotional campaigns 10. Build and maintain customer database 11. Liaise with the marketing teams of our suppliers 12. Implement other ad-hoc marketing initiatives 13. Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications 14. Partner with sales and business development teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
