JOB BRIEF:
1. The job holders shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities.
2. Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.

CORE RESPONSIBILITY shall be:
1. Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
2. Client Key Account Management
3. New account generation (HHNI, HNI, Middle-Class Cadres)
4. Client retention management
5. Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Ability to sell luxury real estate off-plan products
2. Able to turn over sales a minimum of 100million – 300million month on month
3. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
4. Has good professional work ethics
5. Good Customer Service etiquettes
6. Passionate about sales & marketing
7. Good verbal and written communication skills
8. Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
9. Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites.

QUALIFICATION:
1. BSc/BA in any relevant field
2. A minimum of 5 years Real Estate Sales experience
3. The candidate MUST have proven sales experience in the real estate industry
