4. Customer satisfaction index

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience and at least 5 years post ACA/ ACCA
2. Must have experience working with accounting packages.
3. Experience in the Professional Services Industry is critical.
4. Masters in Finance and Accounts would be an added advantage.
5. Ability to manage stakeholder relationship.
6. Must be able to generate periodic reports for management decision making.
