JOB DESCRIPTION
We Have Been In Existence For More Than 43 Years In Nigeria. They Are A Reputable Company In The Production Industry And Supply A Wide Range Of Flexible Packaging Materials And Paper Products. They Currently Have An Opening For A Personnel Manager - Sango Otta HQ.

Report To AGM -HR
Our Ideal Candidate Is Responsible For HR, Admin, Security, Liaising Activities Of The Unit. Required To Prepare And Submit In Time Monthly Reports In The Defined Format Relating To Job Function.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily Personnel Related Activities, Executing Disciplinary Actions.
2. Attendance Management
3. Take Security Measures Against External And Internal Threats To Company Employees And Property.
4. Coordinate And Liaison With Government Bodies – Local, State, And National.
5. Ensure Compliance With Regard To Licenses/Permits By Applying And Availing Of Same From Regulatory Bodies From Time To Time.
6. Coordinate With Contractors.
7. Maintain All Manpower-Related Records.
8. Ensure Documentation And Groundwork For Audit/Inspection By Customer Companies And Regulatory Agencies.
9. Maintain And Perform All Immigration-Related Activities.
10. Plan And Execute Training-Related Activities.
11. Support Contingency Plan From Senior Management.
12. Monitoring And Assisting In HSE, Especially The Implementation Of PPEs.
13. Ensuring Smooth Working Environment By Coordinating With Employees/ Workers, Staff Union, And Management.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
Required To Prepare And Submit In Time Monthly Reports In The Defined Format Relating To Job Function.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:
1. Candidates With HND Qualifications And /Or Personnel Management Qualification
2. Experience – 3-5 Years

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Computer Literacy With Good Command Over MS Office.
3. Team Player
4. Pro-Active In Approach.
5. Aptitude Towards HR.
