JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a real estate company aimed at providing affordable landed properties is looking to hire a lawyer to handle the following responsibilities.
1. Draft and negotiate real estate transaction
2. Draft routine lease and amendment
3. Represent the company in purchase and sales properties
4. Ensure that appropriate approval are in place before real estate transaction are executed
5. Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise client accordingly
6. Interpret law, rulings and regulations for real estate
7. Excellent command of English language and Bold

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Bachelor degree in law
2. 0 to 2year experience
3. experience in real estate law and industry knowledge
4. Experience in title insurance, underwriting
5. Natural leader who displays sound judgement and attention to detail
6. proficient with Microsoft office
7. Must reside on the island or close environs
