HRLeverage Africa Ltd is a consulting firm with operations in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Nairobi and other parts of Africa . We are currently hiring for the role of an Architect.
ABOUT
Our client , a real estate agency is need of an Architect who would be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Control the project from beginning to end to ensure high-quality, inventive, and functional design.
2. Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
3. Create thorough plans and make any required changes.
4. Compile project specifications
5. Keep within budgets and timelines
6. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
7. Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
1. Proven working experience as an Architect
2. Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
4. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
5. BS degree in Architecture
6. 5-7YEARS QUALIFIED ARCHITECT
