DESCRIPTION Our client, The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), is responsible for formulating monetary policy to achieve and maintain price stability. The Central Bank also promotes financial stability; an effective and efficient payment, clearing, and settlement system; formulates and implements foreign exchange policies; holds and manages foreign exchange reserves; issuing of currency; and is the banker for, adviser to, and fiscal agent of the Government. CBK is seeking to recruit results-driven and highly motivated Graduates, who have at least two years of working experience, to fill the following exciting and challenging positions.
PURPOSE OF ROLE The Banking and Payment Services Analyst is responsible for providing efficient and effective high-quality Banking and Payment services to the Government, Commercial Banks, Payment Service Providers, members of the public and internal customers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS 1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Social studies, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Law. 2. Professional qualification(s) in Banking, Accounting, Risk Management or IT will be an added advantage. 3. Have at least two (2) years relevant work experience in operations in afinancial institution or technology company. 4. Experience in a reputable professional services firm, at Associate level andabove, is an added advantage.

Resilience and ability to maintain momentum when faced with operational challenges, while adapting to a changing environment.
