JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership 1. Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan that supports growth objectives and market positioning. 2. Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to expand the firm’s portfolio and client base. 3. Ensure alignment of the firm's mission, values, and objectives with client and market needs.
Investment Management and Oversight 1. Oversee investment strategies. 2. Provide direction on asset allocation, portfolio management, and product development. 3. Monitor and adjust strategies to optimise returns while managing risk. Client Relations and Business Development 4. Foster HNI and institutional client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. 5. Drive business development initiatives, including client acquisition, cross-selling, and partnerships 6. Act as the primary spokesperson with clients, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Risk Management and Compliance 1. Work with a team to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. 2. Ensure robust risk management practices and appropriate mitigation strategies. 3. Implement internal controls and audits to uphold ethical standards and protect client assets.
Financial Performance and Operational Efficiency 1. Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting to achieve financial targets. 2. Work with a team to optimise operational efficiency by reducing costs while maintaining or improving service levels. 3. Continuously assess and improve organisational structure, processes, and technologies.
Leadership and Culture 1. Build and maintain a high-performance leadership team, fostering collaboration and accountability. 2. Promote a positive organisational culture that aligns with the firm’s values and promotes growth. 3. Lead employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
1. Master’s degree in finance, business, or related field; CFA or similar certification preferred. 2. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in asset management or related financial services, with 5+ years in an executive leadership role. 3. Proven track record of delivering financial results, growing AUM, and managing risk. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 5. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and investment products.
