MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB BRIEF
1. We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one.
2. He/She will be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
2. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
3. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
4. Receive complaints and resolve problems
5. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
6. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
7. Prepare and submit performance reports
8. Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
9. Hire and train new employees
10. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
2. Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
5. Good knowledge of MS Office.
6. BSc/HND in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
