JOB SUMMARY
Our client who is the world’s leading source of business information and insights, enabling companies to Decide with Confidence, is currently hiring a Legal and Customer Service officer in Abuja, Nigeria.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Carry out company searches with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Carry out Legal research and documentation with CAC.
3. Document verification and compliance checks.
4. Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
5. Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.
6. Assist in the analysis and review of legal agreements, legislation and documents for the Management.
7. Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
8. Carry out assigned customer service and administrative duties.
