JOB DESCRIPTION This is a remote position. Our client is a world class technology online marketplace. They are currently looking for the UI/UX Designer - 100% remote .
UI/UX Designer will join our product team, and help my client ship delightful user experiences across web and mobile devices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Establish and manage digital design standards and guidelines for the brand. 2. Lead the development of user-centric UI designs and interactions, focusing on mobile-first design 3. Collaborate closely with the design team to define visual layouts and visualize prototypes, wireframes, and customer input to create outstanding user interfaces 4. Throughout the design process, work closely with our Product Manager, Business Stakeholders, and Developers 5. Execute/review all stages of experience design from concept to final development off. 6. Collect internal feedback to improve and iterate on concepts and make changes based on user feedback 7. Make recommendations to increase work efficiency and quality 8. Stay current on UX design trends and technology 9. Take part in user testing sessions

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
QUALIFICATIONS 1. Excellent at wireframing, designing, and prototyping in Figma. 2. 2 to 4 years of UI/UX design experience, with a solid portfolio of work on a variety of digital platforms (preferably web and mobile). 3. Worked on dashboards before. 4. Expertise and track record in UX design for mobile-first projects. 5. Experience with brand asset management and a strong digital brand style guide. 6. Previous experience with B2B products and services. (This isn't required, but it will be preferred). 7. Worked on or contributed to the creation of a design system. 8. Worked in e-commerce, travel, or transactional platforms previously (This isn't required, but it will be preferred). 9. Working knowledge of the technical components of digital design and how they affect design decisions. 10. Worked in an Agile development environment in the past. 11. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. 12. Self-motivated and able to take charge of initiatives and see them through to completion. 13. Deadline-oriented, with the capacity to work quickly as necessary. 14. User experience knowledge and experience working with other UI/UX designers. 15. A desire to make a difference and a love for experience design. 16. Working knowledge of and appreciation for user-centered design. 17. Hands-on experience conducting user experience (UX) research to gather more data driving product decisions.
