Our client, a Global Marketing and Corporate Communications company seeks to employ a Strategy Director whose primary would be to lead client engagements, form and grow trusted client relationships, create high-impact strategic content and maintain client profitability. Serve as engagement manager across multiple clients and initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Experience in a research, brand-oriented corporate marketing, or a marketing /advertising agency
2. Track record of consistently delivering clear and accountable results around demand generation, customer awareness, purchasing behaviors and reputational measures
3. Supervising and motivating Account /Clients teams
4. Budget management experience
5. Creating/designing marketing plans, program development and management, market research, budgeting, advertising & media, PR, video, new media strategy are expected.
6. Experience as a 'change agent' in the world of building brand identity, stimulating customer interest and loyalty, attracting consumers, and creatively using new technologies in marketing is necessary.
7. Leading change and being directly responsible for driving significant growth in customers, revenue, brand loyalty, and brand reputation is necessary.

1. Bachelor's degree and MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership roles in digital marketing, brand management, advertising, or related fields is required.
3. Exceptional interpersonal, communications, and influencing skills in both formal and informal settings with an organization's senior leaders, peers, partners and other constituents are required.
4. The successful candidate will have proven ability and intuition to adapt and respond quickly to inquiries and questions.
5. Superb presentation and public speaking skills.
