OUR CLIENT
Our client in the Hospitality industry seeks to employ a Head of Operations Manager who will primarily be responsible for overseeing all operations across functions such as finance, Sales, Tech, and regulatory compliance.
He/She will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Lead the Management team in formulating business strategy to explore growth opportunities and boost the Company's profitability.
2. Create and standardize the business’s structures, procedures, and operations manual, in line with industry best practices and regulatory policies.
3. Design policies that align with the overall vision, mission, and strategy of the business.
4. Implement efficient processes and standards that are in line with the QSR industry.
5. Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Set compliance standards that align with local and international laws that regulate the hospitality industry.
7. Manage and supervise the restaurant’s operations across all functions and driving efficiency in every unit.
8. Conduct a feasibility study and develop the roll-out plan for the franchising scale of the business, and advice the managing director on the prospects of opening of each new branch.
9. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
10. Revise and implement SLAs and relations with, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
11. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
12. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
13. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
14. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
1. Proven experience as Head of Operations of a QSR or relevant restaurant Business,
2. Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
3. Experience with implementing IT systems
4. Good with numbers and financial planning
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
6. Excellent organizational and leadership ability
7. Analytical mind
8. Problem-solving aptitude.
9. BSc/BA in Business or other relevant field.
10. M.B.A will be an added advantage.
