MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB BRIEF:
1. Job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities.
2. Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
2. Client Key Account Management
3. New account generation
4. Client retention management
5. Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Ability to sell luxury real estate off plan products
2. Able to turn over sales of 300million – 500million monthly
3. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
4. Has good professional work ethics
5. Good Customer Service etiquettes
6. Passionate about sales & marketing
7. Good verbal and written communication skills
8. Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
9. Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites.

QUALIFICATION:
1. BSc/BA in any relevant field
2. A minimum of 5 years Real Estate Sales experience
3. The candidate MUST have proven sales experience in the real estate industry

COMPENSATION & BENEFIT:
Very competitive & negotiable (Inclusive of commission per sales)
