ROLE SUMMARY
1. A Full Service Law firm with offices in Abuja and Lagos is seeking a qualified associate (3-5 years) to join the Abuja Office.
2. Candidate must have general experience in a broad range of dispute resolution and corporate and transactional matters with specific understanding and experience with assisting clients navigate regulatory compliance matters.
3. Candidate should have extensive contacts from working with government agencies like CAC, SEC, Trademarks Registry, Ministry of Interior, NITDA e.t.c.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Self-starter
2. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Able to work independently and learn new tasks quickly
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Proficiency with MS Office Suite or related software.
7. People-oriented and results driven
8. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
9. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
10. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the firm

Compensation package is competitive. Minimum of second class upper from either University and Nigerian Law School.
