JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a key player in the fintech space and they are looking to hire an Agency Banking Field Support Officers in these locations: Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Oyo, Port Harcourt and Anambra.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and onboard terminal agents.
2. Ensure optimal performance of all agents activated.
3. Provide support on all activities related to agent onboarding, management, business development, and issue resolution.
4. Ensure optimal utilization of POS terminals and mobile app.
5. Conduct periodic training for agents to keep them abreast of the Bank’s pricing model, product features, new initiatives and other activities in agency banking business.
6. Ensure prompt completion of account opening/onboarding process.
7. Prompt resolution of issues and complaints by POS Agents
8. Manage Agents activities and intensity in line with set targets.
9. Ensure consistent visits to Agent location to monitor transactions as well as Agent overall welfare.
10. Periodic visit to Agent location to ensure proper management and use of Bank’s POS terminals deployed to Agents.
