JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the Client Service Department for the effective delivery of set goals and objectives of the department.
2. Provide support for clients whose accounts are domiciled in the agency.
3. Brief Management regularly about the performance of existing accounts and clients as well as prospects.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in the experiential and activation space specifically and the Advertising industry in general.
5. Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
6. Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
7. Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
8. Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
9. Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
10. Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
11. Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
12. Hire and train new customer service agents.
13. Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
14. Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
5. Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
6. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
