JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a global professional Tech-Training company. They currently have an opening for a senior business manager who will be Responsible for delivering new B2B clients and projects. Participate and execute the business plan for the country and wider region. Generate new pipeline and optimize current clients (corporate and government entities).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve sales targets for existing solutions and identify new business opportunities.
2. Deliver sales targets through individual execution.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the local markets, innovation and emerging technologies, economic indicators and competitors to ensure effective plans are maintained.
4. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
5. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and advise the right learning journeys.
6. Together with the Country Manager, develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
7. Develop commercial proposals to meet customer needs.
8. Provide a biweekly report of field sales success and communicate data to VP Operations and market Development and senior executives.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
2. Experience in planning and implementing B2B sales strategies.
3. Previous Sales experience in education/technology solution or similar field in country and the wider region.
4. CRM experience very valuable.
5. Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral. • Local language fluency an advantage
6. Exceptional customer relationships and providing customer service
7. Negotiation, Influence and consultancy sales skills
8. Self-organized, determined and persistent
9. Creative, Innovative and curious
10. Attention to detail and storytelling
11. Manages multiple projects
12. Flexible working hours
