The Banque Nationale pour le Développement Economique,” B.N.D.E.”, was created in 1967, five years after the political independence of the country and with a specific mission: To solve the problems of economic development of the country mainly in rural area, by financing small and medium enterprises but also microcredits. At its creation, the Public Authority had a vision to equip itself with a financing instrument for development projects to support the young economy of a country that has become politically independent.
