OUR CLIENT
Our client in the Marketing/Advertising sector seeks the services of Team Lead, Client Services. The successful candidate reports to the Head, Business Development and has dotted lines to the Managing Partner Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Acquisition of New Client Accounts
2. Management of Existing Client Accounts
3. Anchoring of all Client pitches
4. Development of Brand Strategy
5. Lead Generation and Conversion
6. Development of Account Acquisition Targets
7. Receipt of Customer feedback/complaints
8. Resolution of Customer Complaints
9. Liaison with Operations Team for automated customer complaint resolution
10. Responsible for daily activity and progress reporting per client per campaign
11. Oversee the development of customer feedback framework
12. Responsible for customer complaint management
13. Development/management of client media plan
14. Extraction of Client brief and liaison with content management.
15. Review of KPIs and communication to client based on developed media plan
16. Review of post campaign reports prior to dissemination to customer.
17. Liaison with Stakeholders: Development Team, Customers, IT, web developer etc.
18. Auxiliary Business Development function (applicable to all staff)
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
1. Certifications and professional memberships will be an added advantage
2. First degree in any Marketing, Business Management or other related social science course
3. 5-7 years’ experience in a marketing/advertising agency
4. At least years in Client Services in a marketing/advertising agency
5. Social Media and digital marketing Know-how is a must
6. Relevant professional qualification is an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Ability (KSA)
1. Astute Sales Person
2. Fluent communication skills
3. High emotional Intelligence and sound relationship management background
4. Have a deep understanding of Social media
5. Good knowledge of reporting tools, Excel, Word, Applications
6. Ability to work with teams
7. Ability to work with minimal supervision
8. Ability to execute tasks effectively and timely
9. Strong sales skill and data driven thinking
