The Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the Firm’s practice groups and individual lawyer’s activities with respect to Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, and Client Services.

Responsible for providing in-house legal services, liaise with the company’s retained external law firm and assist the company in attaining its commercial/strategic business objectives. Support legal, structuring, negotiating and review of transaction documents with clients and external counsel.

To primarily support business development and investor engagement through drafting, reviewing and engrossing legal agreements e.g. facility agreements, addendums, security agreements, inter-lender agreements, fundraising agreements, memoranda of understanding etc.
The Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects group at our client, works with major energy companies, natural resource developers, financial institutions, investment funds, and governments and their agencies.
To primarily support business development and investor engagement through drafting, reviewing and engrossing legal agreements e.g. facility agreements, addendums, security agreements, inter-lender agreements, fundraising agreements, memoranda of understanding etc.
Researching on general legal issues affecting the company’s business operations and provision of legal opinions.
Work closely with business units and senior management in providing hands on support in the area of legal and regulatory advisory services;
