We are now looking to take on a Human Resources Business Partner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Delivering effective support to the HR Lead and the wider business
2. Co-ordinate and liaison with government bodies where necessary
3. Provide support to internal and external employees in various HR related functions and resolve issues as they arise
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies
5. Responding to internal and external (Client) HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance
6. Organizing and maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves etc) and all Human Resources records in the database
7. Supporting the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in interviews and shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, orientations and onboarding, updating records with new hires etc.
8. Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintaining the team’s agenda
9. Being actively involved in Client facing activities, whilst managing specific Key Accounts
10. Build new client relationships - networking, lead generation
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
2. Have an high level of professionalism and discretion
3. Have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, people skills and aptitude in problem-solving.
4. Be able to work in a team with a result driven approach
5. Please note this is not a typical 9-5 job (there are some long days)
6. Be smart, focused and have a passion for People Management.
7. Be very technology savvy. Technology is what drives our business.
8. Be very detail oriented.
9. ACIPM/SPHRI or any other relevant certification is compulsory
10. An MBA or MSC is a strong plus.
