Our client is a world class technology online marketplace. They are currently looking for the HR Manager (eCommerce) - 100% remote.
ROLE SUMMARY
1. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.
2. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. Exceptional performance leads to promotion tracks in higher management positions.
3. This role is for an experienced professional or former founder excited to get his/her hands dirty and build a world class team.

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE should possess the following:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized and accredited University. A post-grad degree is highly beneficial.
2. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience in an HR role managing at least 20 employees
3. Adequate knowledge of the Online Marketplace and the Ecommerce Industry
4. Outstanding experience with MS Office
5. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills
6. Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environments
7. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
