JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Providing financial information to restaurant management by researching and analyzing accounting data and trends.
2. Assist with developing compliance of accounting procedures, systems, and practices.
3. Inform the Restaurant manager of the discrepancies found in weekly reporting and ensure resolution of outstanding issues.
4. Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing account information.
5. Documentation of financial transaction by updating account data.
6. Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status.
7. Collecting data, preparing balance sheet, and profit and loss statement.
8. Handling financial transactions by auditing documents.
9. Maintaining accounting control by preparing policies and procedures.
10. Coordinating financial issues by collecting and analyzing accounting data.
11. Securing financial data by completing database backup.
12. Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
13. Preparing payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
1. HND or bachelor’s degree accounting and finance or any related field
2. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience
3. Extensive knowledge about the data entry management
4. Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
5. Knowledge about MS office suites and other accounting softwares
6. Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
7. Strong verbal and oral communication skills
8. Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
9. Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
10. Quick learner with a positive attitude
11. Experience in retail or restaurant accounting
