JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client, a Micro-Finance Bank based in Lagos is looking to hire a Junior Level Credit Officer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Proper Verification of all clients/client guarantors, disburse and go for installment/savings collections daily.
2. Analyze client’s financial status to determine if loan should be granted.
3. Go on loan recoveries
4. Preparation of documents for disbursement of loans.
5. Responsible in acquisition and management of loans and savings portfolio; Loan initiation, processing, monitoring and repayment.
6. Conduct a thorough loan analysis to ascertain customer’s payment capacity and willingness; evaluate the credit risk before recommending to Credit Committee/management.
7. Ensure each loan disbursed are in compliance with bank’s lending procedures and policies
8. Prepare and present report as assigned by your Managing Director.
