JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a software company and they are looking to hire an Associate Business Analyst (Lagos).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assisting Implementation consultants on Requirements Elicitation, Fit–Gap Analysis, requirement specification documentation.
2. Preparation of various documents like process flows, Training guides as per set standard.
3. Assisting in Preparations for best-in-class presentations and demonstrations to prospects/ partners specific to each region.
4. Understanding and analyzing various industry best Practices/ Market/Competition.
5. Working closely with customer and able to analyze a situation/scenario/problem and provide appropriate solutions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

1. Graduate in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering degree
2. Knowledge in Aviation industry, related to ERP / MRO domain is highly desirable
3. Good English communication & presentation
4. Willing to travel extensively
5. Excellent Academics
6. Any experience working with IT solutions is an advantage
