JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Providing financial information to restaurant management by researching and analyzing accounting data and trends.
2. Assist with developing compliance of accounting procedures, systems, and practices.
3. Inform the Restaurant manager of the discrepancies found in weekly reporting and ensure resolution of outstanding issues.
4. Checking and verifying stock quality and quantity when products are supplied by vendors.
5. Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing account information.
6. Documentation of financial transaction by updating account data.
7. Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status.
8. Collecting data, preparing balance sheet, and profit and loss statement.
9. Auditing Financial transaction documents to ensure there are no irregularities.
10. Coordinating financial issues by collecting and analyzing accounting data.
11. Securing financial data by completing database backup.
12. Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
13. Preparing payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. HND or bachelor’s degree accounting and finance or any related field
2. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Extensive knowledge about the data entry management
2. Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
3. Knowledge about MS office suites and other accounting software
4. Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
5. Strong verbal and oral communication skills

7. Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
8. Quick learner with a positive attitude
9. Experience in retail or restaurant accounting
