JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Schedule periodic maintenance checks for restaurant’s equipment.
2. Inform the Logistics manager of every systems fault.
3. Check outlet, equipment, and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
4. Fix minor malfunctions in kitchen and outlet’s equipment.
5. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
6. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
7. Supervise and monitor energy/power efficiency

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Trade certificate, OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in facility management or any related field
2. Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Work experience as a Facilities Officer or similar role
2. Knowledge of electrical maintenance
3. Knowledge of restaurant equipment, security systems and maintenance tools
4. Well-organized and proactive.
5. Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
