JOB DESCRIPTION The GIZ in coordination with the cofinancing Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) will pilot within the bilateral project "Modernization of the civil status system" the digitalisation of the civil registration and vital statistics system in Cameroon. E-governance should improve the access to civil registration services for the population, and improve the collaboration between different stakeholders; population statistics should be generated automatically by the digital system.
YOUR TASKS 1. Assist the programme director in planning, implementation and reporting 2. Liaison between GIZ and KOICA 3. Support international publication and communication of the project results 4. Support human capacity development measures for programme partners 5. Support the development and implementation of the digital Civil Registration and Vital Statistic system 6. Communication with local and national partners and municipalities concerning the digitalisation of the CRVS system 7. Capitalisation and upscaling of project results

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
YOUR PROFILE 1. University degree in international development or public administration 2. Initial relevant work experience, preferably gained abroad wih international development projects 3. Keen interest in digitalisation and digital governance 4. First experience with Information and Communications Technologies 5. Teamwork skills, communication, and reporting skills 6. High Stress-resilience 7. Business fluent in Korean and English; French is an advantage
