OUR CLIENT
Our client in the line of emergency care service seeks to employ a Marketing Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategic
1. Ensures the development and implementation of comprehensive and effective marketing plans for the Company.
2. Communicates/reports key information to the CEO and other internal/external stakeholders as regards regulatory issues, marketplace needs, the competitive environment, business performance and other pertinent issues.

Operational
1. To formulate brand plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for the company brand.
2. To plan various activities as per the phase wise marketing strategic plans.
3. To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise marketing plans.
4. To carry out research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
5. To analyze industries, markets, region and customers
6. Focus on identifying new business opportunities and explore newer geographical areas and markets that fit the strategic direction of the company, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
7. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders.
8. Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the company and its services.
9. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation.
10. Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to monitor and analyze the company’s media exposure.
11. Oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based.
12. Develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements that meet the marketing strategy of the company and that comply with set policy guidelines.
13. Plan and execute events (Awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the marketing department and the corporate office.
14. Ensure that marketing budgets are prepared and managed in line with company standards and that cost reports are analyzed and variances clarified/reported on a monthly basis.
15. Support in all marketing purposes to the head marketing.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
1. Experience: 5 - 8 Years.
2. Education: , Bachelors’ degree, MBA
3. Industry Type: Healthcare

5. High Leadership potential/abilities.

8. Good Decision-making skills.
9. Understanding of business functions including products & marketing
10. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and market assessment.
11. Sector-specific knowledge in areas like digital marketing, and primary healthcare issues.
12. Related managerial experience in a healthcare service provider or similar environment.
13. Proven ability to both lead and work within a marketing team, and to employ both non-traditional and traditional approaches toward problem solving.
14. Excellent negotiation skills and persuasiveness whilst maintaining a professional approach.
15. Proven ability to use own initiative, and the ability to act decisively on own authority when required.
16. Proven ability to build and maintain industry networks.
17. Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet).
18. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
19. Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
20. Develop detailed marketing plan to focus on marketing collateral, user journey plan, content requirement, product specific plan (initial focus products) and sector specific plan (top 5 - 7 customer categories) ▪ Develop marketing insights from research and analysis of customer data.
