ABOUT
Our client, a real estate agency is need of a human resource manager who would be in charge steadily attracting and maintaining top talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
THE HR Manager will be expected to:
1. Maintain a seamless onboarding process.
2. Train, counsel, and coach the staff members.
3. Perform administrative tasks as needed.
4. Conduct performance and wage reviews.
5. Create clear policies and increasing policy awareness
6. Lead a team of junior human resource managers

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
1. 5-7YEARS work experience
2. QUALIFIED HRM
3. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Knowledge of relevant health, LABOUR and safety laws.
