Our Client Our client, a global marketing and corporate communications company, seeks to employ a head,digital.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 1. The Head of Digital takes the lead on digital projects, working with the strategy director to plan, execute and track digital campaigns. 2. The incumbent should have an intimate knowledge of digital and growth marketing and will help the organization achieve goals by building strong digital campaigns that resonate and convert into measurable outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Actively drive and shape the digital transformation efforts at the organization 2. Assist in the creation of integrated marketing campaigns and promotions, with the aim of driving online aspects of campaigns 3. Analyze data, monitor digital marketing campaigns and evaluate results 4. Oversee the lead generation process, from both online channels 5. Actively contribute to new business pitches
Deliverables and Activities 1. Digital strategy development 2. Digital campaign planning, execution and tracking 3. Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Product, UX/UI, support, data, client teams) to optimize reach and conversions across campaigns 4. Design and implement growth (acquisition + retention) metrics and reporting, and interpret data for actionable insights on campaigns 5. Lead performance marketing strategy (optimization for and experimentation on Google Adwords Search, Re-marketing, Facebook ads Campaigns, referral marketing) 6. Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns; and retention strategies 7. Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement 8. Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement on campaigns 9. Prepare and present recommendations, dashboards, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level 10. Consumer Behavior- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data to inform campaign planning 11. Conduct market research, digital audits and competitive monitoring on behalf of clients 12. Social Media Analytics- Employ analytics to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.). Also create reports on social media marketing and other metrics 13. Marketing Analytics- Prepare and deliver presentations and measuring the impact and effectiveness of past promotional campaigns 14. Stakeholder Management 15. Leadership and team building 16. Communicate directly with all stakeholders and encourage trusting relationships
