JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Learnership is to present potential Chartered Accountants to serve articles within the Corporation. The formal training through practical experience and structured program will be provided. The learnership will be on a 3 years fixed term contract.

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for the learnership you will have to have completed or be enrolled for one of the following SAICA-accredited programmes looking to sit ITC in January 2023:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA)
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting
3. Honours Degree in Accounting
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:
1. Ability to work independently and to perform under pressure
2. Ability to uphold the corporate culture and effectively adhere to all operational processes
3. Should have strong negotiation skills
4. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Sense of urgency and deadline driven
6. Detail orientation
7. Ability to analyze numerical data
8. Customer, stakeholder orientation
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Capital market instruments
2. Sound knowledge of business and the diversity of risks that may affect businesses
3. Financial planning and management
4. Accounting principles
5. Experience in analysing and interpretation of financial statements
6. Should have excellent financial modelling skills
7. Managing customer requirements and expectations
8. Budget planning and management
• Candidates should have, or be in the process of completing, an accredited post-graduate qualification accredited by SAICA.
