JOB DESCRIPTION
PRO-PLANTEURS is a joint project of the German Initiative on Sustainable Cocoa GISCO, an association of the German confectionery industry, the German food trade and civil society organisations with the German government, represented by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the Ivorian government. The project aims to professionalise 30,000 cocoa farmers and their cooperatives in the south and southeast of Côte d'Ivoire.
YOUR TASKS
1. Support the design of learning and dissemination events, both face-to-face and digital, and the development of partner networks.
2. Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the project in cooperation with the project management
3. Contributing to the collaborative activities with scientific institutions, as well as to the development of digital forms of knowledge transfer
4. Ensuring proper documentation of project activities for partners and for the project's knowledge management, as well as assisting in the production of communication and PR materials (e.g. factsheets, posters, films) in several languages
5. Assist in identifying needs for external expertise, formulating terms of reference and quality assurance in the implementation of project activities by third parties.

YOUR PROFILE
1. University degree in agricultural sciences, international management or similar specialisations
2. Ability to communicate adequately with interdisciplinary, multi-institutional and intercultural teams
3. Excellent organisation skills
4. Very good knowledge of information and communication technologies (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
5. Work experience in an international context is an advantage
6. Business fluent in German and fluent in French and English
