| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
YOUR PROFILE
1. Completed university studies in economics with a focus on finance and controlling or comparable qualification
2. Good knowledge of the instruments used in finance
3. Experience in the implementation of internal controls
4. Proven professional experience in administration/finance in an international environment
5. Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably gained abroad, with a focus on management and leadership in larger organizational units ideally in a commercial context
6. Good conceptual and analytical skills as well as strong communication skills
7. Commitment, team spirit, reliability, diplomatic skills, gender competence and intercultural understanding, stress resistant
8. Ability to think and act strategically and analytically, or quick perception and an eye for the essentials
9. Ability to adapt to basic local conditions
10. Business fluent in French and English. German fluency would be a major asset
