DESCRIPTION
Le Programme D’appui à La Stratégie De Sécurité Et Sûreté Maritimes En Afrique Centrale (PASSMAR), Financé Par L'Union Européenne (UE), a Pour Objectif Global De Renforcer La Sûreté Et La Sécurité Maritimes Dans Le Golfe De Guinée, Et Pour Objectifs Spécifiques (OS) De
1. Renforcer la gouvernance maritime et la maîtrise des espaces maritimes dans le golfe de Guinée (OS.1)
2. Adapter les cadres législatifs et réglementaires nationaux et renforcer l’application des lois (OS.2)
3. Faciliter et coordonner l’implication accrue de la société civile et du secteur privé dans le processus de politique maritime intégrée (OS.3)
1. Son volet « assistance technique » (AT) est mis en œuvre par un consortium conduit par la société Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI), en association avec Défense Conseil International (DCI). Il est géré directement par la Délégation de l'Union Européenne au Gabon, pour Sao Tomé-et-Principe et la CEEAC (DUE-Libreville), autorité contractante.
2. Il fournit une assistance technique à la CEEAC, à ses Etats membres et aux structures de l'Architecture de Yaoundé (AY), à travers une équipe de quatre experts permanents (EP) et un pool d'experts non permanents (ENP).
3. Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un(e) nouvel(le) Expert(e) Principal(e) 1 - Gouvernance Maritime, pour un poste à temps plein.
4. Le poste sera principalement basé à Libreville, Gabon. Le projet, par sa nature, couvre l’ensemble du territoire de la région d’Afrique centrale.
5. L’expert(e) sera appelé(e) à effectuer des missions de terrain auprès des institutions nationales et régionales.
