JOB PURPOSE:
1. The Job holder will ensure that, IT Department’s environment comply with both regulatory and internal policies by ensuring security is maintained. Coordinate IT Operations for efficiency. Drive and implement the service desk system by adhering to the TAT (turnaround time) set by bank’s management and ITIL standards.
2. The staff will also have to ensure that IT infrastructure is being used at optimal level to achieve bank’s objectives. This includes regular review of IT procedures and policies, vendor management, IT Operations coordination, and regular reporting of IT performances.

KEY DELIVERABLES for this role are:
1. Process compliance: Monitor the compliance of the IT services (All) quality
2. On-time delivery: Work closely with other IT Managers to ensure deliverables are well defined and TAT is respected
3. Service Desk: Drive the usage of service desk system across the organization and ensure daily review of open tickets.
4. Reporting: Ensure reports to regulators are provided on time and correct.
5. Housekeeping: own the IT asset inventory
6. IT Efficiency: Coordinate IT activities by ensuring ITIL standards is adopted by monitoring and measuring the efficiency achieve through different monitoring tools and IT deliverables.
7. IT Changes: coordinate technical change requests
8. IT Cost Control: In charge of contract review, IT invoices review and timely payment
9. Risk and Compliance: Monitor and measure IT risks regularly
10. Improve Communication: Implement and Monitor a communication framework that effectively enhance communication between IT and other departments
11. Any other duties assigned by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, computer engineering or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Having an ITIL certificate is an advantage for this role
3. Have a good understanding of ITIL process and Agile methodology
4. Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
5. Experience in IT Operations Management
6. Good knowledge in IT reporting and presentations
7. Very fluent in English (Write/Read/Speak)
8. Have used IT collaboration tools
