PURPOSE OF ROLE
1. The HR Associate / Specialist Rewards (HRA/S Rewards) will assist and support senior team members in establishing and maintaining a competitive total rewards program aligned with the Bank's total rewards strategy, including a focus on the link between performance and rewards and designing and administering alternative rewards.
2. The HRA/S Rewards will support the research, analysis and administration of the Bank's Total Rewards Program – compensation, benefits, retirement and other monetary and non-monetary rewards and recognition programs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the design and administration of compensation, benefits and recognition programs.
2. Coordinate participation in market surveys and other data collection initiatives, including preparing data submission.
3. Support job evaluation, job matching and related benchmarking exercises.
4. Provide staff with information and interpretation of performance and reward policies and practices.
5. Prepare total rewards reports and assist in the analysis of annual total rewards processes.
6. Work collaboratively with HRBPs in providing guidance on non-complex compensation and benefits matters.
7. Support the design and build of total rewards change interventions (e.g., communications, training, stakeholder decks etc.).
8. Support the annual salary review process.
9. Support the review of benefits applications.
10. Maintain total rewards communications on the Intranet and provide support the administration and organization of documentation and SharePoint sites.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree specializing in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 3 - 5 years as Associate and 5 – 8 years of experience as Specialist in compensation and benefits program administration/design, salary surveys, job evaluation, and employee benefits administration is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an international environment or international organization is desirable.
3. Demonstrable experience working with market-based pay structures and participating in salary surveys.
4. Strong numeric and analytical skills – high comfort working with numbers and applying mathematical/statistical formulas.
5. Good command of Microsoft Office and web tools, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new computer technology. Two or more years of experience working with Human Resource Information Systems is preferred.
6. Effective consultative skills and the ability to build strong working relationships; work experience from consulting firms is not required but can be a plus.
7. Exemplary interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain performance management processes and concepts are required.
9. For this role, the following competencies would be critical: Analytical thinking, Flexible Thinking, Teamwork, and Client focus.
10. Fluent oral and written communication skills in English are required.
