PURPOSE OF ROLE Reporting to the Chief Administrator, the incumbent will be responsible for general administration on efficient day-to-day functioning of activities and corporate services for headquarters and regional offices of New Development Bank (NDB). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: 1. Creating, implementing, improving, and reviewing policies and guidelines related to corporate and facilities services. 2. Implementing and managing of corporate services such as: facilities (janitorial, landscaping, mailing, reception, storage and supplies, internal support for staff), transportation, gym, canteen, and coffee shop and other services that can be implemented at the building. 3. Implementing, managing, and improving online platform for requests to Administration Department (corporate services request automation). 4. Managing all administrative services and logistics for national events. 5. Managing budgeting process of the department: planning, monitoring, and execution. 6. Liaising between Regional Offices and HQ regarding administrative services. 7. Mentoring the team members (support staff and professional staff at lower levels) who support the activities above. 8. Keeping abreast of best practice in the fields of Administration Corporate Services, including benchmarking, partnering and networking with peer international organizations to share experiences. 9. Advising Chief Administrator with the implementation actions to guarantee a better corporate service efficiency and a constant innovation of the working process, in accordance with NDB’s guidelines and policies. 10. Following up and managing Internal and External Audits reports related to the duties mentioned above. 11. Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

1. Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in a multilateral development bank or equivalent or regulated private/public sector financial institution or global financial services organization or large corporate enterprise or a government agency of member countries. 2. In-depth knowledge and experience in corporate services. 3. Exceptional writing skill with analytical thinking, including the writing skill of working reports, working summary, etc. 4. Proven track record in leading and evaluating the performance of the service suppliers/vendors of the corporate services and facility maintenance. 5. Relevant experience in a multi-cultural work environment fostering a climate of teamwork and collaboration. 6. Problem solving, communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills with high resilience and drive in achieving objectives and goals. 7. Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant professional field from a reputed university.
