ABOUT

The Human Resources Department (HRD) is responsible for the development and implementation of AIIB’s human resource strategies, policies and programs to attract, hire, develop and retain talents. HRD also provides advice on Human Resources and Corporate Culture-related issues to ensure that all relevant policies and actions are aligned with, and supporting the realization of AIIB’s mission, vision, corporate culture, Corporate Strategy and business goals, specifically in the areas of strategic staffing, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and recognition and rewards. The operating model of HRD is composed of the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

PURPOSE OF ROLE
1. HRD is looking for a Senior HR Officer - Organizational Effectiveness who will be a functional expert in said field and has the capacity to effectively work with line managers by understanding AIIB strategic priorities and business requirements.
2. They will act as LOE subject matter expert by managing projects and strategic initiatives that have impact across the entire Institution.
3. They will help senior management shape AIIB corporate culture by using insights from surveys such as the Employee Engagement survey and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) survey (EDGE survey) to identify area of improvements and take the appropriate actions to close those gaps.
4. They will also be in charge of driving key initiatives such as well-being and mentoring programs and will conduct workshops on culture-related matters with the support of other team members.
5. The position reports to the Head of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Co-design and conduct employee engagement surveys, including presentations to Senior Management and Board Members.
2. Lead the implementation of action plans aligned with the Corporate Strategy.
3. Roll out EDGE accreditation, including assessments, surveys, audit, results and the action plan.
4. Drive the DEI agenda in partnership with the AIIB DEI Network.
5. Proactively engage with the Culture Steering Committee, stakeholders, and the leadership team on culture matters.
6. Develop and roll out mentoring programs.
7. Design and deliver culture initiatives to support a diverse workforce (e.g., Well-Being initiatives, Culture Map and Psychological Safety workshops, etc.).
8. Facilitate workshops with teams and with the Senior Management.
9. Develop and drive the internal employee communication plan on HR-related topics in partnership with the Communications Department.
10. Assist the Head of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness in rolling out strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience on learning and organization effectiveness in an international organization or multinational corporation.
2. Passion for learning and organizational effectiveness with the desire to grow in a LOE function.
3. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
4. Proven networking capabilities, influencing, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
5. Proven project management experience.
6. Good facilitation skills to conduct internal workshops.
7. Growth mindset, resilient and adaptable to change.
8. Strong interpersonal and stakeholders’ management skills and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
9. Proactive, ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time, able to work under pressure, ambiguity and meet deadlines.
10. Positive and constructive attitude.
11. Ability to work as member of a team and build relationships with direct HR team members and business to ensure excellent service.
12. High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
13. Good presentation and influencing skills.
14. Master’s degree or above in HR management, organizational behavior, business administration and related fields from a reputable university.
