ROLE OVERVIEW Reporting to the Chief, Information Technology, this position will work as a Junior Professional of Business Application and support the design, implementation and operation of NDB business solutions, in line with international standards and the Bank’s policies, guidelines, and procedures. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to: 1. Support the liaison between business and technology units, continuously analyse and identify proven, state-of-the-art, and future-proof business processes and solutions. 2. Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate negotiation of requirements and solutions. 3. Identify areas and processes for improvement and develop appropriate technology interventions. 4. Document and communicate requirements with relevant internal and external stakeholders. 5. Coordinate resources from internal and external business and technology units, organize domain-specific solution design engagements, and ensure high-quality and integrated implementation and operation. 6. Support application service resilience and security with relevant functions. 7. Facilitate user training, workshop, and presentations to business units. 8. Maintain the relation with the vendors and monitor their performance. 9. Provide technical and operational support. 10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time professional experience is preferred. The full-time professional experience excludes summer/winter jobs, internship, traineeship, etc. Candidates with less than one-year full-time professional experience, and fresh graduates who have obtained the education degrees, as required by NDB, could also be considered. 2. Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant professional field from a reputed university. A degree in computer science, engineering or systems management is preferable. 3. Broad understanding of technology solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs across multiple product/technology families. 4. Relevant knowledge of implementation and operation best practices in digital service related to the following domains: accounting, treasury, loan, risk management, workflow, workspace, business intelligence, big data, AI, machine learning, etc. 5. Ability to articulate strategic solutions and support delivery. 6. Knowledge in multiple business processes across an organization and the ability to propose technology solutions encompassing comprehensive requirements. 7. Ability to objectively critique business scenarios and processes. 8. Relevant knowledge and practical skills in the following domains: programming and scripting language, database, network, integration, cloud infrastructure, application security, performance, identify and access management, monitoring and log management, software development, etc. 9. Knowledge about IT service management (ITIL), project management (PMP), architecture, information security and governance process. 10. Professional certification is preferred in project management, product management, Microsoft system, Cloud technology, consultancy, and project management. 11. Communication and Teamwork: 12. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 13. Fast learning in defining business processes, policies, and procedures. 14. Relevant experience in supporting business system design, implementation and operation. 15. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating high motivation, integrity, and responsibility. 16. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attitude. 17. Ability of multi-tasking. 18. Strategic thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills with high resilience and drive in achieving objectives and goals. 19. Relevant experience in a multi-cultural work environment fostering a climate of teamwork and collaboration.
