Requisition ID 1559 Posted 05/31/2024 Closing on: June 21, 2024 at 11:59pm (China Standard Time) Department Information Technology - Shanghai Based in: Shanghai, China Target Market: Global recruitment ROLE OVERVIEW Reporting to the Chief, Information Technology, this position will be working as the Business Solutions Manager and responsible for the requirements analysis, design, implementation, enhancement, and production support of the NDB business solutions worldwide, in line with the international standards and the Bank’s policies, guidelines, and procedures.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to: 1. Act as a liaison between business and technology units, continuously analysing and identifying proven, state-of-the-art, and future-proof business processes and solutions. 2. Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate negotiation of requirements and solutions. 3. Identify areas and processes for improvement and develop appropriate technology interventions. 4. Document and communicate requirements with relevant internal and external stakeholders. 5. Coordinate resources from internal and external business and technology units, lead domain-specific solution design engagements, and ensure high-quality and integrated implementation and operation of technology solutions. 6. Ensure application service resilience and security with relevant functions. 7. Conduct training, workshops, and presentations to business units. 8. Maintain the relation with the application vendors and manage their performance. 9. Provide technical support in existing business applications as required. 10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

1. Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in technology solution environments, preferably in a multilateral development bank or regulated private/public sector financial institution, global financial services organization, technology organization or large corporate enterprise. 2. Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant professional field from a reputed university. A degree in computer science or systems management is preferable. 3. Demonstrated broad understanding of technology solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs across multiple product/technology families. 4. In-depth knowledge of corporate service related to digital transformation, process governance, document management, workflow, intranet service, communication, workspace productivity, data management, database, ETL, business intelligence, big data, AI and machine learning, system integration, software development, etc. 5. Ability to articulate strategic solutions and drive solution delivery projects. 6. Proven expertise in multiple business processes across an organization and the ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing complex solutions. 7. Ability to objectively critique business scenarios and processes. 8. Practical skills about with programming language, database, integration, cloud infrastructure, application security, system monitoring and log management, etc. 9. Proven experience about IT service management (ITIL), project management (PMP), architecture, information security and governance process. 10. Professional certification is preferred in project management, product management, Microsoft, and Cloud technology. 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 12. Experienced in defining business processes, policies, and procedures. 13. Sound experience in leading business application design and implementation with technical teams across multination. 14. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating high motivation, integrity, and responsibility. 15. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attitude. 16. Ability of multi-tasking and managing projects in parallel. 17. Exceptional strategic thinking, leading change, problem solving, communication, conflict management and resolution and interpersonal skills. 18. Relevant experience in a multi-cultural work environment fostering a climate of teamwork and collaboration.
