JOB DESCRIPTION 1. To effectively manage the implementation and post investment of the GTIP portfolio, as well as the audit assessment and allocation process. 2. To ensure an accurate database of the portfolio is maintained, including the maintenance of SAP.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal/Operational Processes 1. Manage the audit allocation process by allocating audits as and when they fall due 2. Maintaining a record of the audit allocations Receiving and review progress reports from assessors on audits allocated 3. Facilitating corrective action where there are delays in the audits allocated 4. Following up and monitoring turnaround times on outstanding audits Processing payments for audits completed 5. Maintaining and updating the GTIP database as and when required 6. Managing stakeholder information requests 7. Preparing data for stakeholder reporting 8. Conclusion of legal agreements for approved transactions 9. Collection, collation and clearing Conditions Precedent on legal agreements 10. Screening service providers for implementation 11. Monitor implementation progress of clients in rollout stage 12. Follow up delays and facilitate corrective measures to expedite 13. implementation 14. Conduct regular client reviews including visits so as to expedite rollout of projects 15. Ensure adherence to undertakings and programme guidelines
Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management 1. To effectively interact with assessors in managing the allocation of audits process 2. To effectively interact with clients and service providers in managing the implementation, post investment and client reporting processes 3. To effectively interact with relevant internal departments/units in the delivery of the various tasks inherent in the process, e.g. Financial 4. Management, Legal, Compliance, etc. 5. Manage and enhance the levels of service and communication to ensure the provision of client service excellence.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
EXPERIENCE: 1. 3-5 years relevant experience development finance environment preferably in portfolio management. 2. Knowledge in drawdown processes and payment process 3. Advanced excel skills will be an advantage 4. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities 5. Ability to adapt as Programme needs evolve 6. Ability to identify and develop streamlined processes
