DETAILED JOB PROFILE
Job Purpose
1. The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of the client.
2. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage the bank's risk exposure.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the bank's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
2. Financial Management: Oversee the bank's financial performance, including profitability, liquidity, and asset quality.
3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the bank's operations, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the bank's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Customer Service: Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
6. Human Resources: Lead the bank's human resource function, including recruitment, training, and development.
7. Technology: Oversee the bank's technology infrastructure and ensure its effective use to support business operations.
8. Community Engagement: Promote the bank's social responsibility initiatives and build relationships with the community.

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field preferred.
3. Professional accounting certification (e.g., Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant).
4. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the financial services industry.
5. Strong understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, and risk management.
6. Experience in managing a finance team and developing financial strategies.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Relationships
