DETAILED JOB PROFILE Job Purpose 1. The Customer Engagement (Marketing) Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers for the client. 2. This role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the bank's overall business objectives. 2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences. 3. Create engaging marketing content, including copy, visuals, and social media posts. 4. Manage and optimize the bank's digital marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email). 5. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and partnerships. 6. Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 7. Manage customer relationships through effective communication and engagement. 8. Provide support to sales teams and branches in customer acquisition and retention efforts. 9. Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
