DETAILED JOB PROFILE
Job Purpose
1. The Managing Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the client.
2. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the bank's business, including financial performance, customer service, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the bank's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
2. Financial Management: Oversee the bank's financial performance, including profitability, liquidity, and asset quality.
3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the bank's operations, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the bank's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Customer Service: Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
6. Human Resources: Lead the bank's human resource function, including recruitment, training, and development.
7. Technology: Oversee the bank's technology infrastructure and ensure its effective use to support business operations.
8. Community Engagement: Promote the bank's social responsibility initiatives and build relationships with the community.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning.
4. Strong financial acumen and understanding of regulatory requirements.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
