MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB 1. The role of a Lead SAP ERP is responsible for the technical aspects of a solution introduced into the SAP ERP technology and related systems. 2. This role performs a variety of duties to analyze, design, develop, maintain, test, debug, implement, document and support applications within a SAP ERP of Landbank. 3. This specialist role is also responsible for mentoring team members in addition to the overall architectural design and review of deliverables for SAP ERP solution in the bank. 4. The role also include Integrating new technologies and processes into the existing SAP and related systems as well as providing supervised optimizations and code refactors. 5. This role is further responsible for translating business requirements into practical SAP ERP solution. 6. The role and ensure day to day errors are minimised and addressed with minimal impact to the business operations in the SAP ERP solution technology platform.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Translate Business Requirements into SAP ERP Implementations: 1. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders. 2. Support the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of banking technology enhancements. 3. Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to SDLC standards. 4. Support SAP ERP solutions and coordinate vendor support for customizations and enhancements.
Perform System Designs for SAP ERP Solutions: 1. Review system requirements and estimate technical solutions. 2. Collaborate with IT Architects to ensure solution designs align with business needs and IT Portfolio Roadmap. 3. Develop and validate SAP ERP designs with stakeholders, ensuring they meet technical requirements.
Manage Technical Integration with Other Applications: 1. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and optimize business solutions, evaluate systems, and conduct impact analyses. 2. Develop roadmaps, prioritize product releases, and ensure performance targets for SAP ERP. 3. Collaborate with IT teams to establish integration patterns and lead continuous system improvements. 4. Oversee the development and implementation of SAP ERP solutions, including database design, programming, and testing.
Lead Configuration, Code Reviews, and Best Practices: 1. Set standards for configuration, code reviews, and version control. 2. Mentor the development team and oversee optimization efforts. 3. Act as a liaison between IT vendors and business analysts to align IT and business needs. 4. Communicate solution impacts to stakeholders and manage change adoption.
Lead User Acceptance and End User Testing: 1. Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure SAP ERP meets business requirements. 2. Develop test scenarios, scripts, and traceability matrices to ensure successful upgrades and conversions. 3. Review testing results to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Lead SAP ERP Training for Business Super Users: 1. Develop and manage end-to-end training for SAP ERP users. 2. Create technical manuals and deliver training to business super users and stakeholders.

PREFERRED MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent 2. SAP Certification – in any of these: Finance / HCM / MM
Minimum Expereince: 1. 6 - 8 years expereince in: Experience as a Lead for SAP ERP Technology 2. Experience in writing Complex TRS (Technical Requirements Specifications) 3. Technical configuration and code reviews and SAP solution designs 4. Experience in writing of FS (Functional Requirements Specifications) Experience in planning and executing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and RT (Regression Testing) 5. General awareness of technologies (ARIS, SAP, Microsoft Applications)"
