ABOUT JOB 1. Manage the process of business hovel arrangement for Bank staff. H/She is responsible for monitoring the process of sourcing. booking. and tracking bank hotels reservation requests while ensuring that travel needs are met within the constraints of bank travel budget. 2. Manage the hotels services workflow and activities, in on exquisite and efficient manner, and in accordance with internationally accepted best practice, QHSE standards, and Bank standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES Travel Services 1. Oversee hotel arrangement tor Bank staff In accordance with the Bank’s travel policy and staff travel plans as directed by Management 2. Ensure thot the routing, issuance of hotel vouchers, and transfers ore performed professionally. and in a timely manner. 3. Monitor the coordination process of all ground transportation arrangements, including dispatching vehicles and drivers. 4. Ensure the hotels/MICE teams performance. as well as reporting and locking activities, meet set standards 5. Manage bookings and schedules for travelers. and direct the travel team in coordaining with the Bank’s travel partners, Including airlines and hotels. 6. Continuously work to Improve the travel experience and achieve the team’s objectives. 7. Monitor the department’s financial budget and take corrective actions in case of any variances. 8. Collaborate with all team members and travel partners, including hotels and transportation, to smoothly manage bookings and schedules for travelers. 9. Manage and supervise team performance, ensuring continuous improvement of the hovel experience and achievement of team objectives. 10. Manage and supervise all events inside and outside the headquarters.
Team Management 1. Manage day-to-day operations of the team and ensure compliance with pre-agreed service level agreements and Bank policies and procedures. 2. Evaluate and direct team members, performing regular assessments to ensure compliance with all agreed-upon KPIs. 3. Create clear and adequate workflows to ensure the smooth execution of all ongoing tasks. 4. Ensure that strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs. 5. Build an effective team spirit to enable all team members to work well together and achieve the team’s optimum performance. 6. Build trust and improve accountability in the team by setting clear expectations, listening, creating a space for contributions, challenging and inspiring them, accepting mistakes, and working on their weaknesses.
Others: 1. Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position and/or as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
EXPERIENCE: Total Years of Experience is 10 years in the same field.
Education: Masters’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
LANGUAGES: 1. Fluent: Arabic, English. 2. Intermediate: French (preferred).
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Software Proficiency: 1. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 2. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: 1. Corporate travel management experience. 2. proven experience in event planning or event coordination in a caproate environment. 3. Knowledge of international travel regulations.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE (Preferred but not required): 3. Specialized training in corporate travel management. 4. Training in travel and tourism. 5. IATA & Geographic Advanced Course (preferred). 6. Amadeus Course (preferred).
