Technical Supervisor as Returning Expert
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:
As a young company in the solar energy sector in Ethiopia, Fosera Manufacturing PLC aims to be an important contributor to the solar electrification of the un-electrified rural areas of Ethiopia.
Fosera Manufacturing PLC is existing since 2014 as an assembly plant for Pico PV solar systems of the Fosera brand and wholesaled these systems in Ethiopia.
The Ethiopian government recognizes the high importance of decentralized small solar systems to improve the livelihood of rural Ethiopia. In fact, the recently released National Electrification Plan has very ambitious targets for the deployment of solar home systems, to which our company would like to contribute.
YOUR TASKS WILL INVOLVE:
1. Create and implement standardized work processes in the technical department
2. Develop assembly operators and warranty technicians to deliver excellent results
3. Supervise & control of assembly operators and warranty technicians
4. Ensure highest quality outputs through rigorous quality control procedures
5. Ensure functionality and maintenance of company facilities, technical equipment and tools
6. Consult Management and marketing team on technical matters
7. Maintain accurate monitoring, record keeping and reporting of production & warranty operation to the management and the accounting department
8. Perform other duties as developed by the production plans and assigned by senior management

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Bachelor Degree in the electronics or management field
2. 4+ years in work experience
3. Electronic skills
4. Leadership skills
5. Well-organized, methodological and efficient
6. Excellent Amharic and English skills
7. Skilled in usage of Office software package
8. Self-driven motivation to create knowledge and innovations
