JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Head, Information Services, the Information Services Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Information Security function within the Bank.
The position holder will be involved in ensuring the adequacy and management of all key aspects of the Information Security framework including practices, standards, guidelines and procedures, in line with a risk-based approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES cover the following areas:
1. Information Security Policy & Risk Management Framework;
2. Information Security Auditing, Monitoring, Reporting and Incident handling;
3. ICT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery;
4. Information Security awareness and training program;

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB |
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Academic qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Information Security/Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field from a recognized institution;
2. Professional qualifications: Information Security certifications such as CISSP or ISO/IEC 27005 certification required;
3. Proven track record in the day-to-day running of an Information Security function with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience;
4. Experience in the implementation of information security standards/frameworks such as ISO 27001 and COBIT; and critical security controls;
5. Comprehensive understanding of audit, compliance/regulatory and assurance requirements within the Information Security domain;
6. Background knowledge and experience in the following is a strong advantage: (i) Networking Systems (e.g. Cisco) and (ii) Administration of Operating System environments, specifically Windows Server including Active Directory management;
7. Key competencies required for the role include: (i) strong organizational skills; (ii) methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving; and (iii) ability to work in a multi-cultural setting.
